Introduction: I teach alignment-inspired yoga like hatha, flow, power, prenatal and restorative. I believe in the healing power of yoga through conscious action. Injuries, ailments and suffering sometimes host the most suitable environment to breaking ground within your own healing. I encourage my students to step into the unknown with a full heart and a playful spirit. My goal is to awaken your inner teacher as a means to a path of healing, wellness and happiness.
