I have been honored to work along side Molly now for 4 years. She is open hearted and always goes above and beyond. Molly has a way to turn food into art while introducing your pallet to flavors of the world. She has a passion for what she does and can adapt to any situation whether its one of our food and wine pairings or a wedding for 300+. Another fine point of Organicopia and Molly is that we are family oriented and look forward to having more join our little yet powerful family. Since working with Molly my personal culinary skills have improved and she has opened me to more flavors which is something I encourage everyone to explore. It is true when Organicopia states " Being green never tasted so good ".

I have had the unique privilege to work with Molly and also enjoy her amazing creations as a client. Molly has a unparalleled passion for her work that is inspiring to anyone that is fortunate to work with her. She truly goes out of her way to personalize her guests experience. I am always blown away at the flavor concepts she comes up with and how she continually compliments different dishes with unique subtleties. Whether it be a large wedding or a small private candlelit dinner, Molly puts her warmth and personal delicate touch in just the right way.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Requests change from season to season. At times, I'll be slammed with cooking for families on a weekly basis and at times I'm asked to do a ton of catering. Right now, it seems to be a common theme that people are interested in food and wine pairings and fancy dinner parties in the comfort of their own home, which is fabulous!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What is your speciality?
I'd say that my specialty is creating farm fresh, organic, bright beautiful food. I like to keep things super healthy, with lots of color, but I always try to make my food POP, by adding tons of fresh citrus, herbs, garlic and seasonings. I always try to put as much color on the plate as possible. I call my style, Rainbow cooking. My favorite dish these days happens to be a beautiful beet napolean, layered with yellow, red and chiagga beets, Evergreen Farms goat cheese and arugula micro greens served with a balsamic reduction. I serve that along with some grilled, marinated lamb chops on a a bed of sweet potato puree with a blackberry cabernet reduction sauce. Outstanding!

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Last Nov. I was asked to do a food and wine pairing for a VERY well known person. Needless to say, I was terrified. This person clearly had eaten at the finest restaurants around, has traveled the world, tasted the most upscale food and in my head, there was no way I could measure up.
Upon my arrival at her house, I was greeted by her and her 3 friends, all in adorable feety pajamas with the zipper up the front. They were the most down to earth, kind and gracious guests I've ever had the pleasure of cooking for and it took the fear right out of my gut.
It's moments like those that make my job so worthwhile.
