My rates start at $50 which cover up to 5 notarized signatures and 15-mile travel. For additional notarization $10 each. $25 for 2 sets of copies
Loan documents start at $200 for single signer and $300 for multiple signers. A 60-mile travel is included. 2 sets of copies included
A notary public cannot legally charge you more than $10 for each notarized signature.
Title Companies, Escrow Offices, Banks, Real Estate Offices and Law Offices call me to set up an appointment to discuss discount rates if multiple signing can be guaranteed monthly.
