And so Coast to Coast Kitchen- ONLINE Cooking Classes came up with the idea of one big, beautiful, fun, and interactive place where we will learn the secrets of the art of cooking from a very friendly, creative, and passionate Chef Pietro. The pleasure to be connected with Italy, to cook next to a pro Chef, and to be entertained with some Italian tales by the chef's daughter Joanne was such an explosion of joy and flavors I won't forget! You have to try it.

Chef Pietro and Joanne are so much fun! Not only I learned how to make ragù alla bolognese, but I also learned general principles that will help me in general with Italian cooking.

I really enjoyed and learned a lot from Coast to Coast Kitchen-Online cooking classes. Using the interactive platform between the chefs and the students allowed questions to be answered in real time and you could show what your recipe in progress looked like for advice. The experience was fun and I finally think I have learned the tricks to making good pasta dough!

There were a couple of times that it was a little hard to follow but Joanne was great at getting it back on track. And we love Chef Pietro so we had a blast anyway.

Chef Pietro is a master chef with 51 years of experience and his is also the owner of two of NYC's most famous ITALIAN restaurants: VILLA MOSCONI and Monte's Trattoria. Joanne Mosconi, his daughter, is a trained Chef and author. She has been cooking beside her father ever since she could walk.
