I had the pleasure of working with Lisa and Welch Design Studio a few months ago. Not only did Lisa come up with a beautiful and functional space but she also stayed on budget AND on time! She was very selective and thoughtful in her choices and always guided me in the right direction. I highly recommend the work of Welch Design Studio!

I have always admired the way Welch Design Studio comes up with the most exciting designs. Lisa turned my house and especially my kitchen into a show place. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very straight forward. We like to charge based on a fixed fee. This way the client is not hit with any surprises. We are more than happy to explain this to anyone who is interested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial phone introduction, we will have a meeting either at the job site, or the client will come to our offices. We discuss the client's vision and walk through the the way we like to work. We like to make this process easy and straight forward for the client. A lot of questions are answered up front, leaving very little guess work.
Our clients are always welcome to call us or email us. We are part of the process from beginning to end.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly taking continuing education courses, reading up on new building methods and technologies. We never stop learning and growing.
