- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask a ton of questions. How long have they been in business? What exact time will they show up (many pet services companies have a huge window of time for arrival). How much notice do they need to give you to arrange services? What is the cancellation policy? Will you leave notes or text/email the client? How many dogs on each walk? Many walks have up to 10 dogs on a walk!
