A. There are many ways to "help yourself" ! I can certainly guide a user as to how to access these methods.

A. I really care about computer users being able to get the most from their data processing devices.

A. If viruses, malicious software, or adware that made my system slow or inoperative has been removed, will any of those issues return ?
