I have been privileged to work and train with some of the greatest martial artists of our time. The caliber of instruction, technique and training methodologies are by far some of the best in the martial arts community! It would be my pleasure to share all I have learned with you in a fun and enjoyable way! I have a deep passion for fitness and the martial arts and it shows through the detail I put through in my teaching! I care deeply about all my acquaintances, clients and friends and am constantly improving and increasing my skills and knowledge in order to give you amazing results in your mental, physical and spiritual health!

I have been training for quite a long time now. I have practiced Pancration, Combat Hapkido, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, and Boxing in many areas across the country, but I have yet to find the level of quality instruction I received from Mr. Erik Navarrete. Knowing a martial art, or even being the best martial artist in the world, does not mean you'd be a good teacher. I've found that too often to be the case. But, Erik Navarrete is both an expert AND a wonderful teacher. Classes were tailored in a way that everyone, regardless of skill level, was continually being pushed to THEIR limits; specifically. My cardio improved drastically, and my skill level and confidence rose dramatically. The classes were long enough that I felt like I successfully retained the instruction, but never wore me down to where I couldn't take on the class the next day. It was clear to me through the instruction and the equipment provided and utilized that Erik had a true PASSION for what he was teaching, and his enthusiasm seemed to be infectious! With true and genuine caring, Erik will take you to the next level; whether it's in fitness, defense, or competition. My ONLY regret is I don't live in California to continue getting amazing instruction from an astounding teacher. Kyle D
