- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to make sure you get exactly what you need so offer both packages, that bundle our most popular features together into price-competitive bundles, and a la carte pricing. We recognize there are cheaper options in town but we pride ourselves on delivering you high quality images, the best technology and exceptional customer service - we won't let you down! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically ask for some basic information about your event up front, either via our online form or a phone/skype conversation. This will help us tailor our services to your needs, and to formalize an agreement. We'll send you a simple online booking form that you can complete in your own time. If we're working together to customize specific elements (e.g. a print template or a backdrop), we'll set come clear timelines for decisions and then work with you to create exactly what you had in mind for your event. We'll check in with you a few weeks before the event to finalize any logistics. Then come the day, you can relax knowing we've got it - we'll make sure everything will come together as needed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
In building Clarkie Photography, weddings have been our main priority. As we have branched out with Phizpix, we've come to support all types of events and clients, from corporate events to showers, birthdays, proms, and anniversaries. We both come from a corporate background so understand the importance of good customer service and tailoring services to the suit our client's needs. We're open to working with any one wanting to capture their fun event!
