Bernard was terrific! I'm glad I came to Thumbtack because I wanted someone local and a small business owner. He was instantly responsive, extremely professional while being a nice guy to chat with. His work was top-notch and price was very reasonable. We'll call him again if we need the carpets cleaned or a thorough cleaning of the tile floors!

Watkins Cleaning Services were top-notch! Great responsiveness, with quality work. I would definitely recommend Watkins's services to anyone needing their carpet cleaned as well as their tile flooring. You will be pleased. There were spots in my carpet that I didn't think would come out, but were removed. I plan on using Watkins again in the near future.

Let’s get right to it! Pros: Mr.Watkins was very adaptable since I had to reschedule the first time. I like that he personally reached out to me on multiple occasions to confirm new booking and time. When he did arrive he was puntual almost to the minute which I appreciate and very respectful of the property. He was very friendly and I felt extremely comfortable around him. The job he did was really good! Cons: I have to be honest-I didn’t like that the price for the job jumped up $105 MORE. My husband especially didn’t like that because we felt that our carpet wasn’t extremely dirty or stained. We do have a small dog but he has never used the bathroom in the home. There was only one “profound” stain (that he was able to get out) and it was small. With that said-we wouldn’t mind paying that price again but would just like more of an accurate estimate ahead of time. Second and last con is that the carpet was very wet before he left and I asked how long it would take for it to dry. Mr.Watkins said about 4hours but the carpet is still wet and it’s been almost 24 hours. Not sure if this is normal or not but again I was just like more of an accurate answer. Other than that Job well done.

After viewing very positive feedback about Watkins Cleaning Service I booked them for 2 large area rugs and an entry rug. Bernard was very responsive, gave a very fair estimate, let me know way in advance that he was running a little late. Gave new time and kept it! We have a rescue pup that has been challenging so Bernard let us know he would deodorize before cleaning and provided the costing in advance. I appreciate that! The rugs look great and smell even better. He is kind, professional and fair. We will have him back for furniture and counter top cleaning before the holidays! Highly recommend.
