I am a marriage and family therapist intern and yoga and meditation instructor. I enjoy working with people who are interested in a holistic approach to self healing and empowerment. I am open-minded and informed. It is important to offer clients a sacred space to share, authentic connection, witnessing and clear, honest and direct communication.
It is my goal to support others in their personal exploration, growth and healing through therapeutic counseling and yoga and meditation.
Please don't hesitate to contact me for an individual counseling session, or to schedule a private yoga class.
Question and answer
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I have a deep love for supporting others on their path towards wholeness. I am grateful to be able to support people along their journey. Developing a deep relationship with my clients so that they feel safe to explore their inner realms with a witness alongside them, is an honor. It is my goal to support others in their personal exploration, growth and healing through therapeutic counseling and yoga & meditation.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Most customers ask me about how they can blend the process of yoga with therapy. It is a personal process and one that needs a honest and clear therapist to support the container that is set when yoga and therapy meet. The body holds so much information and can assist us in the journey of healing.
