I do property management for home owners, apartment owners and commercial buildings. I provide lawn maintenance with my service. I handle all evictions and unruly tenants.
I have worked with the public for 25 years and enjoy doing so. I have found that working with the public can be a hassle at times, but that hasn't affected my ability to get the job done successfully.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My love for people helps me to treat others the way I want to be treated. I have been in the shoes of my clients. Renting. Having unforeseen occurrence that test your ability and desire to keep a roof over your head. I have helped many people see the priviledge they have of being chosen to live in someone elses home. That is a priviledge indeed.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Working with the people. Helping them locate a place to live and helping them see how important is it to keep a roof over there families head. I like the smile that I see on my tenants face with they get the house or apartment and can move in. I like the excellent relationship that I have developed with owners and the satisfaction they have when I deposit there rent checks and send them an invoice, knowing that I have done my job affectly and the income they are receiving is appreciated.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Owners ask, how much will it cost me a month for your service. How often do you deposit the check. Tenants ask, if my credit isn't A one, will that automatically disqualify me.
