Having unforeseen occurrence that test your ability and desire to keep a roof over your head. I have helped many people see the priviledge they have of being chosen to live in someone elses home. That is a priviledge indeed. Working with the people. Helping them locate a place to live and helping them see how important is it to keep a roof over there families head. I like the smile that I see on my tenants face with they get the house or apartment and can move in. I like the excellent relationship that I have developed with owners and the satisfaction they have when I deposit there rent checks and send them an invoice, knowing that I have done my job affectly and the income they are receiving is appreciated.
