First and foremost is to listen to what my clients have to say about their own condition. Second to get a solid understanding of what their injury, or pattern history is that has lead them to this condition. Third to apply my many skills and tools to address their specific needs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important that you feel like you can trust the person you have hired to address your needs. Ask them questions about how they came to the profession, what is their passion and field of interest. Look at their hands and if you like the shape and feel of them you are a long way to having a positive experience.
