FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend conventions/workshops that has to do with Functional Training, Athletic training and nutrition. My certifications require me to keep up with continuing education, hence I read a lot of articles that is related to my field!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in a previous car accident when I was 14, and decided I wanted to do sports medicine. Then when I was 17 I hurt my knee and I wanted to find out what was wrong with it, it wasn't until I was a junior in college when I found out that I found a torn ACL. I've always had interest in how the body functions and moves earlier in life, but later, found it amazing to be a part of someones transformation and helping them become the better person that they dream of!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my recent clients, improved his performance tremendously in his running and tennis matches. He won all 6 matches of his season, and can run past 3 miles without hitting his wall.
