Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure to check there license and references.. 10% deposit and the final payment when work is completed. Make sure that the area gets compacted to about 90% so that there is no settlement. Make sure that about 18% of pool walls get demo and removed. 18" of topsoil to top the pool hole. All pool equipment is disconnect and removed. All permits are obtained from the City. Make sure that the contractor has good references, good insurance coverage and works comp insurance.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Knowing that removing a pool has to have good drainage and just like another home project permits are always a must.. The property is recorded with the City as there being a pool and the best is to obtain a permit so that the pool removal is recorded with the city as the pool was correctly removed and filled by a license legitimate contractor. Also, if selling the property is best not to have a pool.. New home buyer do not want pools and the cost that goes with it.. Check with any agent. All pool water must be pump out into the sewer system if not you as the home owner and contractor can be fined by the City for contaminated creeks and rivers..

A. The pool removal contractor should know the pool removal process from start to finish.
The process should be explained by the pool removal contractor in writing and verbal.

A. We get the project done on a timely manner.. Clean and wash everything down..
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I like the outcome of my customer once work is completed. I like there smiles and happiest in them hiring someone that has full filled there pool project without any issue. More than anything I just the feeling that I have completed another project and left another happy customer.. That means another reference.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I'm not the cheapest but have been highly recommended and they would like for me to do the work, but if I can work with them on the price.. I'm here to help in anyway possible and if needed I can work with them on the cost..

A. Customer have been surprised by the outcome of my work.. Friends come by there place and can't figure out which way we came in to do the pool demo and fill.

A. Working with me will be the best experience they will have when working on their pool removal project.. Very kind and professional..I'm very experience when it comes to removing pools.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I feel in by accident.. I was placing concrete for a customer and he ask me if I could fill in his pool.. I did all my research on removing a pool.. My customer was happy with the outcome.. Word of mouth travel and the rest is history.. Just this year I demo and removed about 30 pools.. Non-buildable and Buildable zone.. My pool demo and fill customer have been very happy with the outcome of my work..

A. I'm proud of all my project and keeping my customer happy with my outcome of my work. A good reference is what keeps my business going. I'm in the business of doing and finishing my project correctly the first time.. If there is an issue with anything after we completed the project I will return and fix it, without any issue.. A. I'm always keep looking for the best and fastest way possible in completed any project to be able to save the customer money.. I'm always updating myself with pool removal and concrete placement. I also work with the City's in updating them with my ideas in helping smooth out the pool process for the City, customer and my business.
