Most of my clients are average individuals that want to drop a few pounds, improve their cardio fitness, and build a little lean muscle. We will start with a comprehensive physical assesment in order to customize a dynamic and fun results oriented program. I offer a wide variety of creative and effective exercises which give a balanced and due focus to cardio fitness, strength, and body flexibility. I also offer specialized training for agility and speed development, balance improvements, yoga, and boxing basics. I am a mult-certified trainer with over 15 years of experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels. I look forward to helping you make your fitness goals a reality.
