FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for graphic design is tricky because staying on track with time and budget is always a challenge. For the best pricing, I first discuss all the details about the project and then determine what the proper quote is. Most projects have a set price but some smaller tasks have hourly prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continued education is very important to any profession. I am constantly researching and taking courses to help me from falling of the design wagon. In design it is specially important to keep up with new software or methods of working to ensure designs are up to date with the trends. This will help clients keep up with the competition.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My interest in graphic designs stemmed from my interest in the creative world. As an acrylic painter, you have to have patience to see your end result. With graphic design however, your designs and ideas come to life much faster.
