A. Currently, the market is ever changing. Banks are loaning money contrary to Media portrayal. Yes the criteria is more stringent but it is happening. It is important to take the time and speak to a professional. These professional will guide you to a mortgage specialist for you to know your buying power.

A. How accessible are is the professional? Phone, email, fax?
Is the professional knowledgeable about the latest technology, even if they do not have it?

In Los Angeles county there are different City requirements to sell real estate than other areas, your professional should be familiar with those requirements?
