We have a large patio cover that needed repair. Ivan was great to work with. He was very professional, kind, courteous, punctual and did quality work. Same goes for his crew. Excellent communication throughout to ensure we were both fully aligned on the job expectations and work to be done. Leading up to the job he would confirm dates and times which was awesome.
We had to change date due to a conflict and he was accommodating and flexible which we really appreciated.
Ivan made recommendations on how to ensure we preserve our patio cover which was helpful.
I would definitely use Ivan again. His price was reasonable (but not the cheapest). As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for and I'm glad we made the choice to use Ivan.
