- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At the young age of 6 years old, my Mother enrolled me in our local gymnastics program. I loved it so much that I continued the sport for the next 11 years. The feeling of being healthy and strong never left me, and in my early twenties I decided to get involved in Fitness Training. I was always somewhat thicker in size than your average girl and this drove me to train even harder! I ended up getting down to about 16% bodyfat and gaining another 11 lbs of muscle in a 100 day period. I knew I had it in me to accomplish my goal, but once I finally got there, I realized the absolute truth on how it needs to be done and I wanted to share it with the world. It was an amazing transformation! It truly breaks my heart to see all of these weight loss ads and false hope advertisements that our society is fed on a daily basis. I can, and will continue to help people change their lives the right way.
