My services are much more personal than your average maintenance company; I do much more. I pull all weeds, trim hedges, shrubs, and bushes as necessary, replace dead or dying plants without you having to ask or lift a finger. I go to a local nursery, buy the plants, plant them and bill you for the plants at the end of the month.
I fertilize your lawn every two weeks with a pet and family safe lawn food, seed bare spots, and aerate your lawn three times a year, as well as cut and weed eat. Also included is one gutter cleaning a year.
I trim roses, flowers, and ground cover. I also set sprinklers and drip system timers according to the time of year to save you the most money on your water bill, repair drip / sprinkler systems, and do all sorts of landscape construction such as retaining walls, fences and decks, sod and artificial turf planters, green houses, sprinkler and drip systems.
I also send out a monthly newsletter to keep you up-to-date on what is going to happen on that month such as trimming trees, roses, and hedges, changing times on your sprinklers and/or drip systems and the new time (so you don't go out to get the Sunday's paper, and end up taking a shower) etc.
I charge a $ 25.00 fee to come quote your home if you are over 30 miles away.
A. I'm a maintance company based on customer service. I treat your home like I would treat my own. My work speeks for itself, and my team and I treat you like royalty. We are a english speaking crew who listens to you and your ideas and make them reality. You will be amazed at the clean look of your yard just after one week of service.
A. The reward of seeing my client's face after completing a job, or the thank you I get from my clients. The stories I hear of very pleased, and supprised homeowners and their guests, not to mention I enjoy being outdoors, and digging in the dirt. I love turning my client's yard into a place they like spending time in, and showing off to there freinds and family.
A. Is that going to be expensive, or how much is that going to cost? My answer is that you would be supprised at how cheap making a few small changes can literally transform your yard. Once the changes are made, protect them with weekly or by weekly service. 9 times out of 10 it is cheaper to do service and stay on top of everything than let it get out of hand and over grown and spend alot of time, money, and effort to clean things up once or twice a year. Not to mention, to have a beautiful retreat to spend time in with your family in that is green, healthy, safe, and flurishing.
