A. Reviews are very important and awards, recognition's. By far we have the most, also having a guarantee where we don't charge you one cent until we are done with everything and your %100 satisfied.

A. How professional the equipment is and the sanitary conditions the food is prepared. Many clients overlook these important facts for the lowest price. We want your guest to love the food but also feel and look like you payed way more than you actually did.

A. How many tacos per guest?
About 4-5 tacos per guest, remember amigos these tacos are really good and many eat 6-8 especially with liquor around.
Do you guys cook on location?
Yes, we arrive 1 hour before hand to cook everything on site. We also have a pre-cooked option.
Do you guys cover my area?
We cover Ventura/Los Angeles/ Orange/ San Bernandino/ Riverside and north San Diego Counties [ Map ]
How much space do you need?
Our grills start at 4 foot by 21/2 and depending on your package we usually take a 4 foot or 8 foot table.
Do you need any electrical outlets?
No, our grills run on propane and our rice & beans stay warm on shafting dishes.
Do the cooks/employees wear uniform?
Yes, white chef coats and always well trimmed and professional.
I don’t have the exact guest count yet, can i still reserve?
Of course,we are very flexible and you can make any changes up to the day before your event
Do you charge Tax and/or any other fees?
Yes, we do charge tax, Uncle Sam needs to be taken care of. Depending on your location we do charge a gas fee but its very low usually $15 .
Are you insured?
Yes, our policy covers most incidents .
Do you have a caterers permit?
No, we are a home based service and still use our home kitchen to cook everything like day 1.
What permits do you have?
Sellers permit and all our employees have a food handlers permit .
Do you use lard?
We are the only Taco bar to be lard free! We don’t use it at all
Is everything really home made?
Definitely, we cook our own tomatillo to make our delicious one of a kind salsa and chop everything from scratch
I had a taco man before and the meat had a lot of gristle and fat.
You get what you pay for, but with us you get so much more. We have our own in house butcher and do our own cuts and marinate
What are Pancho’s beans?
Slowly cooked pot beans seasoned and then refried with onions and chillies. “ They are not spicy”
Do the cooks speak English?
%90 do. Feel free to request one that does.
Are the tacos good?
We have been in business for about 20 years and yet to have one customer say they aren’t .
You keep all the leftovers. Before we leave our cook will cook you a stack of tortillas in case any more guest would like to eat once we are gone.
What is a Clean up crew?
We charge $80 for 1 employee in black and white uniform with a tie or bow to assist you with anything you might need the day of our event. From cleaning to handing out party souvenirs we are there to help you with anything.
Gratuity Included in my final cost?
It is not included, we do not expect or require gratuity from any of our customers. Our employees can accept tips/gratuity from the client/requester of the event only. If you feel we exceeded your expectations we thankfully accept your tip.
Events canceled within 12 hours of the event are charged %50 of the total amount
Events canceled withing 24 hours of the event are charged %25 of the total amount
Events canceled before 24 hours are not subject to any cancellation fees.
What form of payment do you take?
We do accept Checks but they must be mailed and received 2 days prior to your event.
We also accept Credit cards, Visa / MasterCard / Amex / Discover. There is a %5 charge for this service.
As well as cash payment the day of our event.
