The problem: I had a lunch time event at work that I had hired a different taco vendor for only to discover that 4 days prior to the event, my vendor had no insurance. Guess what? Most conscientious corporations need their vendors to have insurance. You know, in case the grill blows up, the cook burns off his eyebrows or someone does a face plant into the propane tank. In comes My Taco Man to the rescue. Not only can I get an instant quote from their website, it states right smack dab in their FAQs that they have insurance. I got my quote and instant chatted with one of their coordinators. They got me a copy of their insurance modified with my company's name on it the same day I booked . Hector called me the next day to confirm I had everything I needed. Can't knock that kind of service. Day of the event: The two men who cooked/served the food arrived early and you could tell that they had been trained extensively on how to be professional. Considering it was almost 100 degrees outside (I broke out in a sweat just looking at their uniforms), it was even more impressive that they were so nice and polite.

The tacos are outstanding. You see the tortillas being warned, the meats being cooked all in front of you !, talk about fresh. Get the tacos with everything; which includes, chopped onions, cilantro and a green sauceor red. You also have a choice of either corn or flour tortillas. The corn tortillas are a work of art. They are chewy and delicate, but at the same time hold everything together. Both the carne asada and hawiian pork tacos will melt in your mouth, good and bursting with flavor. The pollo quesadilla was the same size as the taco, but with melted cheese, it was heavenly. These really are the absolute top of my 'best of taco' list and I'll bet they'll be yours too. just wish they had a location, GET ON IT MY TACO MAN!.

Great food, great service guys! Will book again for my husbands birthday since he cant stop talking about your tacos ..lol . Oh yeah my taco man was Steven, ask for him, he is amazing!
