Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Verify that the service that you hire is fully insured, registered and bonded. Ask if they are members of CALSPro (California Association of Legal Service Professionals) and NAPPS (National Association of Professional Process Servers). You want to hire a professional team that will represent your firm well in the field and protect your interests.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Many legal support services use independent contractors. Sayler Legal Service Inc. does not -- we only use employees that we can ensure are professionally trained, licensed and insured. Employees must act in accordance with our company policies and follow strict parameters. Independent contractors may also be very reliable; but I choose to hold my staff accountable and keep control in-house.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Do you have a team of employees that can attempt my orders evenings and weekends? Are your servers registered and bonded? What territories do you cover? How soon can you attempt my job? If records involved, how soon can you copy them?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Attorneys, insurance companies, other attorney services and the private sector have trusted Sayler Legal Service with their time sensitive orders for 20+ years. We have earned an excellent reputation and can be trusted to handle your requests professionally, efficiently and correctly. We consistently keep our staff apprised of changes in local, state and federal rules that affect our industry.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Because the specialty of our customers vary, so does the work that is sent to our company. We take pride in assisting our clients with their various needs. The requirements to fulfill these needs involve process serving codes of procedure, court filing rules, discovery limitations and notices, etc. We enjoy assisting our clients with our knowledge and expertise in these various arenas.
