- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lowest price means lowest service. Be aware of scammers that book everything at any price(we provide all inclusive rates) then choose the highest paying job booked that day and disregard the rest. We get too many calls of folks that are in this predicament as the booking agents don't reside in Monterey, but San Francisco! We are not a discount service however, we are the oldest limousine service in Carmel and provide the highest quality of service. Many large affiliates use our services exclusively.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss your plans/needs, provide you a all inclusive quotation, book your reservation if you choose, then issue you a email confirmation with chauffeur details and then a receipt after billing for your records. It is that simple. For repeat clients, we offer text message reservations.
