- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is the top priority at Trinity Cleaning Services in collaboration with the International Executive Housekeepers Association, Inc. (IEHA). Two special designations offered by IEHA provide recognition by your employer and peers when you reach education milestones. They are REH and CEH and each allow those who see your name to know you have reached milestones of achievement recognized by your professional peers. Registered Executive Housekeeper is the highest designation offered. Members and nonmembers may attain it by completing a degree program with required courses designated by IEHA. This is called the collegiate program. Registered Executive Housekeepers in good standing may use the letters, REH, following their names. REH status is renewed every three years by examination, or by submitting 30 hours of continuing educational credit. In addition to REH and CEH, IEHA also offers continuing education for all members and nonmembers through its Professional Education Credentialing Programs (PECP), IEHA-sponsored seminars and workshops.

Ask about our past experience, including how many years we have been in the cleaning business and what kinds of cleaning jobs have we done. This can help you establish if Trinity has the type and amount of experience you desire in a housekeeper. You can verify past experience, as well as past clients' satisfaction with the person's housekeeping services, by asking for references.
