- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to see the house before giving an estimate to determine any repairs necessary and the amount of labor necessary to complete the job
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to them first and see what they want the house to look like. Color of trim, Color of the body and see for myself if the house has damages that need repairing, Bushes, Trees that need trimming away from the house. Then go to the computer and type up a formal estimate for them to review.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of work we do is Painting & Repairs for Investors. We also do custom work for Home Owners who are looking to change the dingy looking paint or Install a new tile flooring.
