What a GEM... Katye did such a wonderful job making me look beautiful. I absolutely loved my makeup and hair. The curls stayed held up well and my makeup was flawless. She did exactly what I asked and was very professional. A definite recommendation to others!!!

Katye is really outstanding hair and make up stylist. If I could, I would give her 10 starts! She is very professional and punctual. She will even come earlier to the appointment in order to set up everything so she can start right on time! She is real perfectionist! Katye will work with you and help you figure out the best look for you and then make sure you look absolutely amazing! Katye did my bridal make up and hair and also my Mom and cousin used her for the same event. We were all more than happy how we looked like and we all got lots of compliments! Also, Katye's prices are very reasonable and totally worth it for the job she does! She is real gem and I kept her as my hair stylist. I am so grateful that I found her here! Thank you,Katye!

Katye was just so awesome! She agreed to drive up from Morgan Hill to us in East Palo Alto on a Sunday AM at 730AM for a noon ceremony - on time, delightful, helpful, and full of creative ideas and energy! She had an amazing array of colors and tricks - wow! The result was beautiful hair and make-up by 10AM on Sunday morning. Thank you, Katye for making a stressful day fun and exciting - we loved your new look for the bride!

Yes you definitely have to keep furthering your education in this industry to keep up with the trends. Every year new and different trends come about.I have taken classes from companies such as Joicio,Kerastase,Goldwell,American Crew, Kevin Murphy,Balmain Hair Extentions, and M.A.C
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew from a very early age that this was the industry I would go in to. I was always the girl that did all my friends hair and make up for school dances and proms. As well as as doing family members color and cuts when I was in junior high school.I've always had a passion for the beauty industry.
