Pedro and his team completed a garage renovation for us. He was always super responsive, and gracious when I kept adding projects to his plate. He and his crew are efficient, proactive, and they do great work! He is knowledgeable about many trades, so I leaned on him to complete everything from the carpentry to the painting, which relieved me from project managing. We will definitely be using him for future projects!

We originally contracted Illescas construction to relocate an exterior wall and install a set of windows and a French door. They addressed every issue we encountered with professionalism and patience. We could see that their priority was doing high quality work without compromise. This gave us confidence to expand the scope of our project and have Pedro and his team perform the work. They ultimately remodeled a bedroom, bathroom and a closet, reinforced our roof, reinsulated our attic, built a pergola, installed 2 additional sets of windows and French doors, and finish work in our kitchen. Finding reliable, talented and honest contractors is not easy. We enthusiastically recommend Illescas construction for any project.

Pedro and team were instrumental to transforming the look of the 70's house we recently purchased. Pedro was very helpful with suggestions on executing the look that we were after, for the budget that we had available. The project included replacing siding with new hardwood and stucco on front of house, excavating pre-existing concrete patio and installing a new hardwood deck, installation of new window frames to match the siding, in addition to other smaller construction work that came as side jobs to the project. Overall the experience of working with Pedro and team was very good. If we had any issues, Pedro would listen and fix it, to make sure things were done right - you can't ask for more than that from a contractor. I would have no problem recommending or hiring Pedro & team again.

The original project I asked for was a roof extension which was done quickly and extremely well. After my initial request I asked Pedro if he could complete some other projects which were done professionally and the quality has been great. I will definitely be using this company for any future projects. It’s a bonus that you can get various things done through one company.

This company has done a fantastic job for us. The project plan we had was for our sad garage that needed repair, finishing, partial renovation and painting. We also needed to convert an odd space under the staircase to serve as additional storage. Juan came over to understand what we needed and right off the bat had various suggestions and clever ideas to fix and repair. He proposed a timeline and gave us a reasonable and transparent quote. Juan and Roberto showed up promptly each day until the project was satisfactorily complete firstly for them and then for me. They paid keen attention to our requirements. They fixed itty-bitty areas and made sure that every nook and cranny was corrected to give a clean finish throughout. The existing wood paneling was not available in stores and so they figured out how to create and build wood paneling that matched the original ones. They have a set goal to achieve each day and are always ahead of schedule. Juan and Roberto paid attention to finishing details that really made a difference. They have all relevant tools for their job and I noticed that they brought their microwave to the worksite. It was to warm their lunch that they bring from home. How exceptional. They take pride in their work and craftmanship and do not take shortcuts. They keep a clean working environment and always clear up the mess left behind each day. Their work ethics are great and their professionalism is excellent. They have experience with almost everything that a house needs. We are very happy with their work. We highly recommend this team to anyone interested in doing home renovation, upgrades and home improvement on their property. If you need quality work done on a decent timeline with a reasonable budget in mind then this is the team you want to hire. We have gone back to them for subsequent projects as well. Our leaky roof was fixed quickly by the same team. They will soon be coming in to work on one of our bedroom closets.
