I provide fair hourly rates, depending on the type, location and length of service needed -- from $20 to $50 per hour. I am licensed (Mt. View, CA license #47941) and experienced in home, office and rental properties (turn-overs).
Service provided:
- Electrical: Replacing fixtures, plugs, switches, ceiling fans, outlets, and sensor lights.
- Plumbing: Clog removal, faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals.
- Doors: Install, repair, paint, lock replacement, and doggie doors.
- Painting: Vacant property interior paint, touch-ups, exterior painting and touch-ups, and graffiti abatement.
- Bathrooms: Caulking, shower doors, fixtures, toilets, lighting, and mirrors.
- Kitchen: Appliances, fixtures, and lighting.
- Windows, screens and blinds installation and repair
- Shelving
- IKEA get it delivered, assembled and installed.
- Furniture assembly, storage sheds, etc.
- All types of labor and moving, decorating, set-up for special events and parties, and much more.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Small odd jobs. They just need help with.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Get as much info as possible. If your not sure ask.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Always act like their is someone else involved that is not their now. And they are going to check and make sure the work was done properly, and at a fair price.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Giving an estimate over the phone is only and est. You wont know excatlly until the job gets completed. The excact cost. My est. Is usually an over bid.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I take pride in my work. Taking care of the little things to help customers complete projects. Including clean-up and follow-up.

A. Helping others, who need and appreciate the service i provide.

A. Where to get products? "make your list"
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I told a customer. "i would give my r, arm for you. " and she said, "what use would you be to me then? " oh your hourly rate would be at half price. Hmmm...

A. All the little thing make the difference into how well a job is completed.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I like fixing things.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. Repalced screen mesh on 3 screen doors. I gave an estimate of 1 hour each plus the cost of mesh. Approx $50 per door. Actual price charged was half the est given. Customer was very happy and sent several customers my way. Knowing, i would do a good job at a fair price.

A. Always learning...
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Learning on-line marketing
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. A clogged bath tub drain. Est $50 to $75 for hour to hour and a half. Only took a half hour and i charged only $40. The lived only a mile away.

A. Hard work and honesy pays off. But, beware of the bad people out there.
