FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The main thing to know is that the seller pays for agent's commission on both sides of the transaction, so the buyer doesn't have out-of-pocket cost. Of course in the future, when selling, it'll be their turn to pay, so in the grand scheme of things, all costs are split.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a quick call to get more information. Then schedule a much more in-depth meeting to discuss the market, home buying options, and answer any/all questions. Help with the research phase, and then if appropriate, start the home search.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 Years in the business, and for the past few years have been one of the top realtors (by sales volume) in Silicon Valley.
