- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base all our prices on exactly what the customer needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our contracts are nightly 3rd shift restaurants and movie theaters. First we do an onsite meeting to assess the needs of the customer. then we analize their needs and our team puts together an action plan. We put about 3 potential crews together and work with them initially then make a decision on which team members make the best fit. Once we have done that we work closley with the team until they have passed all are requirements to do the job.Our operations manager are then required to do walk thru twice monthly. And at minimum of two unannounced visits to jobsite to check on crews .while they are working. Our operations managers are our first line contacts for our customers. So they are available 24 hours a day to handle anything that may arise. The goal of our company is to take away all the concerns of cleaning your establishment . So you can focus on running your business.
