We had some major water damage in our house when a rat ate through a PVC waterline(!!!) in our ceiling. Two ceiling areas and six walls were affected and sections of each had to be repaired. Frank came in, assessed the damage and gave me a price quote on the spot. When all was said and done, the price did not change. Because when a tradesman is at your home doing work sometimes you wonder why they're doing what they're doing. We all have concerns about if we've hired the right person or not. We are all consumers of one thing or another And I think as consumers our main concern is getting the job done well at a fair price.
