Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure you like the photographers style and quality. If you do ask what there scheduled is and make sure it corresponds to your photographic needs.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Make sure there camera (if digital) is above 16MB per RAW image. That way you know you will get film quality or better from the images which allows a lot of latitude in cropping, filtering in post-production.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How long have you been shooting? What kind of equipment do you have? How many of my type of shoots/events have you shot before? Do you have a website or portfolio I can view online?
