Highlighting the best each season has to offer, our ingredients come mostly from local small family farms that provide us with everything from fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs to artisan cheeses, wine vinegars, and olive oils.
We use organic milk and cream from local dairies, as well as sustainable free-range chicken, beef. and lamb from nearby ranches. The dishes are paired with wines from Napa Valley and beyond.
The hands-on classes emphasize the theory and technique that allow ingredients to shine. Convivial classes are taught by Julie and special guest chefs.
