- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with what's called a sliding scale. If you buy more hours the price goes down significantly!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use an intake assessment to learn more about the customer and their concerns about organization. After that we'll establish a plan based off the information they've provided (stepping stones) as well as a vision to maintain interest toward their goal!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I belong to the National Association of Professional Organizers and also stay at the forefront of the latest trends, which allows me to combine my clients personal styles with a modernized flair.
