I had quotes from 3 companies. I went with Pennock's for the following reasons: (1) Bill the owner was very knowledgeable. (2) Can start with in 3 days (3) price was reasonable. Pennock's finished with in the 4 days we agreed on. Thumbtack wanted to know areas for improvements...bath room sinks should have been cleaned after the job. Electric plug cover should have been touched up, can see the gaps. Other than minor things, I would hire Pennock's again. Have refer to my sister already.
