    I have trained with both Kai and Sarkis! They give me the type of workouts I like. High intensity, lots of muscle fatigue and workouts that keep my body from never guessing what's next! Highly recommend.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I genuinely care about each of my Orange County personal training clients as I too had my own weight struggles for a long time. I know how it feels to change clothes over and over again, not eat something in fear of guilt or look in the mirror and not love myself. These feelings and experiences have led me to realize the mental, social and physical struggles that one goes through before deciding to make a change. I understand and empathize with what it feels like to build the courage and finally decide enough is enough and move forward. Most importantly, I know what it feels like to work hard and succeed!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. To do something you haven’t done you have to think in a way that you have never thought. As a fitness trainer in Newport Beach my methods embody the essence of my own personal fitness philosophy –”Change your mind, change your body!

A. Yes, we once had a client who could barely get out of bed and move around. After 2 years of us working with her and her personal dedication to her self she was running a half marathon!

A. I always had a passion for fitness.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes all of our personal trainers are required to take 2 refresher courses or certification courses twice a year.
