Joyce is amazing! She provided three photographers, knew exactly what we needed, and even helped us out when we were getting into our dresses in the bridal lounge. She is so professional. We were in great hands. She truly enjoys her work and it shows. She has our pictures posted in less than 24 hours. Her prices are so reasonable, and her work quality is a thousand times better than the high-priced photographer recommended by the wedding venue. I would definitely recommend Joyce for any event, big or small. She is the very best.

My now husband and I flew out from our home in Colorado to have a sunset beach wedding on Coronado Beach, California. I came across thumbtack in my search for a photographer and was put in contact with many photographers but also came in contact with Joyce, from Focused on You Photography. In my communications with her, I felt more at ease with finding a photographer from so far away. Joyce was so easy to work with and upon meeting her in person, we found out what a lovely person she is. She is very energetic and we were very happy with her photography services. I would highly recommend Joyce not only for the great photos of our wedding but because she provides her service with a price we could afford.   • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure your photographer has ample wedding photography experience and ask for references. Two photographers at a wedding must be standard. We have never photographed a wedding without two professionals. Ask if there are any additional charges for editing, overtime, etc.
