A. Everything we make is made from scratch out of fresh ingredients and with lots of passion and love.

A. Every day is different. Different food, different people & places and it's never boring.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Besides my Le Cordon Bleu training, I am always trying to stay on top of the latest cooking trends. I eat out a lot, cook a lot, watch a lot of foodnetwork and read magazines and cookbooks to get ideas I also attend cooking work shops to learn about all types of cuisines.
In catering I always work with differerent people and we also learn a lot from each other and when i'm not working I volunteer and teach what I know to others.
