Also, depending on the job and your schedule, we pick up computers and bring them back to our lab, fix them, and deliver them back to you.

Garrett is the ultimate "go-to" guy for all of your computer qualms and issues. I don't hesitate to call or e-mail Garrett for any questions or problems I'm having with my laptop, and he always gets back to me right away. As long as he had my laptop in his possession, he called to keep me updated every few hours, and really put me at ease as I use my laptop to work from home often. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Wow. Good question considering Computer Repair is widely needed and there are so many Repair providers to choose from! I would highly suggest doing a search on Google Places, Yelp or SuperPages to find out more about who you are hiring. That's especially important if they are coming to your home. Look for a company that offers a warranty of support of their work as part of the price. If you hire someone who is inexpensive and perfect for your wallet--ask about support/warranty and get it in writing because it could end up costing you way more than you budgeted for in the beginning. I am a strong believer (through experience) in you get what you pay for. Good luck!
