To beginners:

At one point, you've decided, "I'm going to learn how to play the guitar 'cause I love it!" Great. I couldn't agree more. What to do next is a different story.

The Beginner's program is designed to suit the capability and interest of each student. Learning the basics is a necessity, but nothing will be imposed on you because that will generate only disappointment, and, ultimately, you'll lose interest.

From learning how to play your favorite music to learning the ABC's of Rock & Roll, Giomusic knows the way.

To intermediate students:

So, you've been playing for a while, but other than playing your favorite song, you don't know how to do the rest, should we say?

The Intermediate program will fill in the blanks, improving your technique, expanding your fret board knowledge, and pasting together all the data you've acquired to form a solid foundation.

Subjects like music reading, harmony, theory and improvisation will be offered and discussed according to the students' interest, but never beyond that point. Core curriculum material is available.

To advanced students:

Now is the time to get serious! Once you are at the point in which you can, musically speaking, interact with other musicians and you have ambitions to go further, you should consider the advanced program.

After reviewing the overall level of your fret board knowledge, an excellent curriculum of modern harmony, theory, improvisation, music reading, and ear training will be presented to you.

The program will be designed according to your needs and priority in all of these areas. Core curriculum material is available

Not a guitar player?

If you're lacking only in harmony and music theory, you can still find what you need, here. After all it is the same for every instrument.

Reading music for guitar:

Yes. The biggest challenge for a guitarist has always been reading notes. Well, now you have a chance to join a class specifically designed for that. Standard music notation will be our focus. TAB? Well, you already know it, right?

Gio is a terrific teacher, he plays along with you during the lesson, so you start to feel as if you are really playing. I struggle with the rhythm, so when the teacher plays along, you are forced to keep up with the beat. And he is very encouraging as you progress. I would highly recommend Gio as your guitar teacher, beginning or advanced!!

    I highly recommend him.
