I like this site...it's connected me with some of my new students...check it out and if you use it, please say I referred you...it gets me some sort of points or something... – Aug 21, 2011 at 12:53 am
I teach Voice, Guitar, Piano & Keyboards, Electric Bass, Songwriting and Yoga. I love designing lessons set up to teach and propel the student as an individual, showing them the pathway to the fountain of their creativity.
I also incorporate group classes, encouraging the group to join together for a greater goal.

I didn't realize all the opportunities that were waiting for me when I began lessons with Greg. I started so I could learn guitar, but before long we were practicing vocals, bass, songwriting, music theory, piano, and singers yoga! Greg is well educated in all fields of music, and any questions you have he can more than likely help you with. Music to him isn't just a skill, but a way of life.

A. Ask them for a referral... Someone who can "testify" to their claim of who they say they are and what they provide.
A. YES! Find an instructor who LOVES to teach...not one who is "working". Also, find an instructor whio is humble, has a spiritual connection and direction, and who continues to learn, as a student!
A. 1. Do you love what you do?
2. Do you feel your prices are fair?
3. Could I please get a couple referrals...phone # of people who can tell me what to expect from you as a teacher.
4. Where did you study and can that be confirmed? Do you still continue to practice and study and are you patient?
A. What song do you see yourself singing or playing soon?
A. I carefully design a lesson plan for you as an individual. In my early years, I began studying with a private instructor who presented and led me on many musical and spiritual voyages ...then parts of music school actually showed me that most instructors teach the same thing to most students...very boring...paint by numbers style...not the way I teach!
I take your creativity and amplify it, accentuating your strengths and presenting you with challenges which I will gladly walk through with you!
A. I does not feel like a "job" at all!
A. Do you think I will be able to sing or play that?
How much have you practiced today?
A. Yes, I am constantly seeking new methods of ear training for my students. By ear training I mean performing musical tasks which build inner harmonic understanding and intuition...this is the way to confidence!
