FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The kind of properties I most often clean windows for are residential and store fronts. With residential properties, the owner/renter usually does not have the equipment to complete the job themselves or the skilss. But often the owner/renter does not have the time as well. With the store fronts, the business owner is usually in the same shoes as the home owner/renter. Though not as often, I am called out to service over types of businesses.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I advise people looking to get their windows cleaned to make sure that the service provider knows what they are doing as a professional. Windows can easily be damaged and often are. Once damaged, it is near impossible to repair them. Make certain that the service provider is experienced in the profession. Often found, there are those who clean windows (even with established companies) that are not willing and or capable of cleaning the window unitl it is in its best condition.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should know that each job is unique and with a given description one can recieve an estimate. I am often able to give an over the phone estimate, sometimes I do need to view the property (either way, I do not charge for the estimate unless the drive is some distance). My estimates are usaully what the price ends up being, almost always.
