I'm a mobile computer consultant with over 20 years of technical support experience. I'll come to your home or office and troubleshoot your Windows computer, help with the purchase of a new computer, remove viruses and malicious software, configure home theater systems, or optimize your computer.
I provide on-site computer hardware and software troubleshooting, repair, upgrades and installation. I also provide individual tutoring on computer and gadget use. I'm very patient and will explain how your devices work in as much detail as you like.
A. It's a good idea to ask for references. Ask the provider what experience he or she has with the kind of help you need.
A. One thing to remember is that modern personal computers (and the software they run) are quite complex. A good technician will usually be able to solve your problem -- but he or she might not be able to tell you exactly where a virus, trojan or other malicious software infecting your computer came from.
A. Ask the computer technician about his background. How long has he or she been doing this kind of work? What kind of training or education does he/she have?
