Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. To make sure of check the quality of work done for previous clients and to make sure tha the owner be present in every job as much as possible and make sure that the person they are hiring deliver only good quality materials and the most inportant that the crew that is gonna work for them have a nice and positive attitude all the time, showing that they love what they're doing. Also the company owner has to go over every detail with the house owner before any installation is done to asure and accomplish a great job.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. All of the nice ideas that you can possibly have to make a back yard enjoyable. And also to have the best front yard of the neighborhood. Specially about lighting and masonry.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Make sure whoever they are hiring that the person has experience , make sure the contractor is responsible, always on time clean when is working and that has a good size crew to achive a good size job on time. Make sure the contractor has a clear plan of the scope of the job and that he always supplies samples for the materials he's using for all of the installations he is being hire for. And to make sure the contractor knows city codes to do a proper installation to avoid the home owner a fine from the city or future problems.
