I can speak to the quality of service that I receive from Janie and Dave at Moonstone. I've gotten a facial, a massage and multiple eyebrow waxes. I've been pleased every time I leave there. They are professional & listen to my needs/requests. I love that they present themselves as an overall Wellness Center. I can't wait to go in and get a facial and massage in one day. I'm sure I'll leave feeling like a million bucks and then some.

Janie is unbelievably understanding and knowledgeable and has been able to help me reduce the adult acne I've been suffering from for a long time (which dermatologists haven't been able to help). I love her studio - it is very relaxing and enjoyable and I now look forward to getting facials. Thank you Janie!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I take pride in each service and/or treatment by listening to my client's needs and concerns in order to customize each appointment.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Educating and treating my clients with the best treatments and products available in order to address their individual skin care needs as well as helping them achieve beautiful and healthy skin.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How can I best care for my skin? Wear sunscreen. Wearing sunscreen daily protects your skin against sun damage that can lead to wrinkles, loss of elasticity or discoloration as well as a risk to skin cancer. Recommend SPF 15 or greater. Your skin is your largest organ in your body so show it the respect it deserves to serve as your sensor, shield and communicator.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Esthetics and regular facials helped me clear up and manage my adult acne. In addition, I come from a long line of beauty experts. I grew up in a hair salon that my Grandmother owned and ran successfully in Texas. Each day I work at Moonstone I feel I'm paying homage to her.
