Introduction: My background is architecture for over 15 years. I use construction knowledge in my designs. I do drawings for new homes, remodeling, additions and ADU’s (in-law units). As part of my services during the design phase, you will receive plans and will have a walk through in Zoom.
Your plans will include the architectural drawings
All drawings will be in CAD format and print to 24” x 36”.
my proposal does not include engineering fees.
