Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Wedding Receptions, Private and Corporate Events and Holiday Parties, we also do festivals and clubs and restaurants

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Mucho Axé Band or Trio is original and diverse in its rhythms and melodies we are able to please whoever loves Reggae, Reggeaton, Salsa, Cuban, Brazilian Samba and Bossa Nova, Cumbia, Caribbean and Argentine type of music.
Plus we can play for dinner set, cocktail, Dance set, background and provide DJ services

A. This Job is our Life, we love it as much as we love life

we are almost 100 percent available because we have a large staff of musicians who can sub for each other providing their best to Mucho Axé Latin world music.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I started playing music profesionally upon demand of my customers, I was getting request to play this type of music even before I was really organized

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I recently felt sick and almost decided to cancel a gig, but then decided to go, once I started playing, the energy of the music, the companionship among musicians and the great energy of the audience dancing effortlessly provided me the means to heal myself, one I walked out the show at 1:45 in the morning I was feeling very energized

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I'm currently studying recording on pro tools, and permanently updating our repertoire w/ new songs and rhythms

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. I'm starting to record myself and the Band's music and we recently started our 4th album and I can see us getting more on the recording bussiness and learning more about online music selling
