- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are on a tight budget, let's talk about what discounts we can work out! If I am traveling more than 45 minutes (from Oakland) for your event, there will be a fuel/travel fee included as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss all the details of the event, including equipment, costs, timing, parking, attire, requests, etc at the time of booking. Requests can generally be added to at any time afterward, including day-of. I will reach out a day or two before the event to check that there aren't changes, and then I'll arrive as scheduled on the day of the event. It's as easy as that!
