After another contractor botched a repair on my roof, I was very glad to connect with Seyner. He came out and had a great plan for repairing. On the day of the work he went above and beyond by reinstalling a poorly installed vent from past work, matched the shingles perfectly and took pride in their work with a careful installation: the crew are professionals that I was glad to trust with the work and have happily recommended him to neighbors.

Our roof was leaking, and Seyner came out on a weekend, inspected the whole roof, gave me additional problem areas to fix and let me know the cost for the project. He finished the job in the next two days. He did a great job with the project and would hire him again for other jobs.

He’s a great guy. He will keep you in the loop of his progress with the project at your home. He always kept the space clean every time he ends his shift. He will prioritize the work that needs to be done and he will explain to you before he decides what to do first. I’ll have him to come again do other projects soon! The pricing is reasonable!

Seyner and his crew worked tirelessly to Reset my tile roof. It was difficult to get a roofer to agree to do a Tile reset, coz they all wanted to quote me a new roof & make more money. But Seyner fixed my roof & it turned out great. It is sealed with a new synthetic underlayment for protection. I'd definitely call Seyner again for work on the house. I recommend him.
